I unfortunately had an accident in my Range Rover which caused large damage to thr side of the vehicle. The insurance company sorted out getting it to John Newman which im glad they did. The communication particularly by Gemma was second to none. She kept me updated, she was polite and a credit to the company. The actual work completed was fantastic, you wouldn't even know any work was done. There was a slight issue with some missed work when I received the car but I called them and sent a photo, within 5 minutes they called me back and arranged to re collect the vehicle and apologised. Which is fine because these things happen. I highly recommend them and would return for any future work I need.

My car was taken to this company by my insurers after a Royal Mail Van caused significant damage whilst my car was parked. John Newman carried out the repair satisfactorily but then delivered it back to me with fresh damage caused whilst in their care. Obviously they repaired that damage (satisfactorily) and felt that a brief verbal apology was satisfactory. I am not a compensation chaser but a small gesture of a couple of bottles of wine or a small shopping voucher would have made me feel they were genuinely sorry for the damage and inconvenience. I raised this with them but they felt that they had discharged their duty by repairing the damage caused in their yard and providing me with a very basic courtesy car with hardly any petrol in it for 24 hours. In summary, the repair work was fine but the management attitude left a lot to be desired.
