Great service from Hi-sell start to finish. Ordered a very modern kitchen table for a very reasonable price. Customer service were more than happy to delay the delivery on more than once occasion due to issues with a moving in date, received a call before delivery turned up, very friendly who even put the table together for me, would happily go back for more furniture

What can i say? It's been over 5 years since we went there,so much choice and very reasonable prices. Dave, who sorted us out, was very helpful and charming.

From ordering to delivery, I cannot recommend Hi Sell Direct enough. The price was great for a quality mattress, the customer service was exceptional and the delivery men were lovely. So lucky to have this little gem in Bedfordshire. Would recommend and use again without hesitation.

Superb showrooms and top quality furniture and beds. Helpful staff and great service. Don't bother with DFS or the like. The quality here is superior, with name brands like Ercol for around the same price.

Great place for quality sofas, suites, table, chairs, beds, carpets, floor covering. Friendly staff no hard pressure sales. Certainly worth a visit. This is the larger of the two... the other one being in St Ives Cambridge.

We came away with the sofa (planned purchase) and a beautiful rug that I fell in love with as they give you the space to browse and wander around without hassle. Highly recommend Hi Sell. Absolutely fabulous place. The staff and manager were so incredibly helpful, informative and provided an excellent balance of service and space so you feel attended to yet given space to experience the furnishings in your own sweet time (at a recent experience elsewhere it felt like the sales person was a circling vulture!) This is definitely HI SELL not 'hard sell' ...its 'hi service'. They have an incredible and extensive range of furniture with such variety, and their prices are competitive and also have excellent offers on sale items. I was looking for a new bed and was actually encouraged to not necessarily buy on the first try but to go away come back even 2-3 times and retry what feels like right one so as to be sure it's right. I didn't buy yesterday but I'm heading back today to retry and to buy my new bed with confidence that's it's right for me and my bad back. I am happy to recommend these guys and I will certainly be a returning customer in the future.

Doesn't look much from the outside but great displays inside and friendly sales staff who don't approach you unless you want help - just what I like - no sales badgering. Ordered Duresta sofas with assistance from Mick who was extremely helpful. Price was one of the best I've found. Would fully recommend.
